TICKETS £10(+1) ADVANCE / £12 ON THE DOOR
Molly returns to The Troubadour for a special EP launch show, celebrating Dear Daisy, a collection of songs she’s been pouring her heart & soul into over the past year. During that time, Molly has been steadily building her audience, with her recent releases picking up new listeners on Spotify & support from BBC Introducing, alongside her regular live performances. Performing with her live band, Molly will be taking you through her songs about youth, growth, connection & holding on to that childlike part of yourself. Expect a mix of brand new material, old favourites & a few songs that are still finding their feet. Her music is pop at heart, with little nods to jazz, soul & the throwback sounds that have helped shape Molly’s creative world. She’s very excited to finally share everything she’s been working on & have a little night of singing together, dancing together & enjoying life!
HIKARU - Hikaru is a boundary-pushing artist fronting a dynamic three-piece band, crafting a sound that lives at the crossroads of jazz-influenced neo soul and progressive R&B. With lush harmonies, intricate rhythms, and emotionally charged vocals, Hikaru’s music blends technical sophistication with raw vulnerability. Drawing inspiration from the genre-bending brilliance of Hiatus Kaiyote and KNOWER, alongside the soul-stirring artistry of Moses Sumney and Lauryn Hill, Hikaru creates interesting soundscapes that are both rhythmically adventurous and deeply human. Each performance is an exploration—groove-driven yet atmospheric, intimate and lyrically driven.
JOE HICKS : Hailing from Newbury in Berkshire, Singer-Songwriter Joe Hicks blends intricate guitar composition and soaring falsetto with classic pop song-craft. Since his first single release at the start of 2017, Joe has steadily built an online following (+5 million Spotify Streams) and toured the UK and Europe, including appearances at CarFest, the Big Feastival, Are You Listening? Festival, Pub in the Park, over 30 Sofar Sounds shows and slots supporting Sam Fender, Seafret, James Walsh and Starsailor.
Luke Carey:
Drawing inspiration from the likes of Jamie T, Ed Sheeran, Eminem, and Damien Rice. Luke Carey has crafted his own unique style into his songwriting. Relatable, honest and truly talented, this 25 year old North Londoner merges contemporary and upbeat vocals with a classic acoustic style. Join the world of a young guy trying to find his feet and sharing his highs and lows of navigating the fields of romance and carving a career as a musician with a pinch of humour and one hell of a talent for song-writing. A firm believer in the 10,000 hour rule, Luke set himself the challenge of playing 100 gigs in 100 days which proved a huge success and is one of the reasons he credits for making the Top 10 of the iTunes chart without a hint of PR. Coinciding with this success he won the Unsigned Stars Competition, a feat previously held by MOBO and Brit Award winning grime artist Stormzy. 2019 saw Luke take things up a level by selling out two London shows following his first appearance at Glastonbury Festival.
