A moment where the next generation of artists shaping the future of R&B, soul, jazz, hip-hop and beyond take the stage: creators who dare to dream, experiment, and walk their own path. Together we celebrate the end of a period of growth, collaboration and inspiration and open the doors for the new wave to rise.

OSHI is a talent development platform that provides fertile ground for driven musicians and emerging creative professionals. Through collaboration, guidance, and community, OSHI supports artists in developing their practice and shaping their careers, with the aim of becoming a leading force within the music industry. OSHI has been established in collaboration with a strong network of partners: House of Knowledge, Orisun Studio, PAARD, Super Sonic Jazz, Paradiso, BIRD, Patronaat, and INI Movement.
