Nico Widdowson, a London-based jazz pianist known for blending the virtuosic Harlem stride tradition with contemporary free improvisation, leads his quartet at Jack Solomons Jazz Club on Friday 12 September for the Soho Jazz Festival 2025. A graduate of Leeds Conservatoire, Nico has garnered support from BBC Radio 6, BBC Radio 2, Jazz FM, and Worldwide FM, and has been featured at prominent UK festivals such as We Out Here, Love Supreme, and London Jazz Festival . His quartet's performance promises an evening of dynamic interplay and inventive improvisation, showcasing Nico's distinctive approach to jazz piano.
