The experience is curated by the one and only Jay Phelps - an award-winning trumpeter, producer and BBC radio host whose CV includes stints with Wynton Marsalis, Amy Winehouse and Jazz Jamaica. A boundary-pusher in every sense, Phelps blends his jazz roots with cutting-edge beats to create a Saturday soundtrack like no other.

Expect a musical menu spanning soulful house, Baile Funk, Amapiano and future beats all woven through with live horn lines and low-end warmth. Add a three-course meal and a complimentary Boisdale Bellini into the mix, and you’ve got the city’s boldest brunch.

Set the scene: The Hine Bar & Heated Garden Terrace overlooks the water in Cabot Square - a hideaway of vintage Cognac, velvet booths and jazz-era cool. It’s home to the UK’s finest collection of Hine vintages (including bottles dating to 1914) and one of the most exciting cocktail menus this side of the Thames.
