🎷 Soho Jazz Festival: The 8-Hour Jazz Jam

The event of the year has arrived — an 8-hour marathon of live jazz featuring some of London’s top artists and jam session regulars. Across one unforgettable day, we’ll journey through the full spectrum of jazz styles, from timeless swing to cutting-edge grooves, all under one roof.  

🕓 4:00–6:00pm – Festival favourite Olly Mux kicks things off the jam with of bebop, swing, and crooner classics, joined by special guest trumpeter Andy Davies.

🕕 6:00–8:00pm – Award-winning pianist Nico Widdowson takes the reins, serving up fiery swing and hard bop, before transporting us back in time with the captivating vocals of special guest Katy Baker.

🕗 8:00–10:00pm – Soho Live’s very own Musical Director Nathan Britton steps in to host, joined by legendary bassist and Earth, Wind & Fire Musical Director Mo Pleasure. Together with rising vocal talents, they’ll bring a fresh wave of funk, nu-soul, and reimagined classics.

🕙 10:00pm–01:00am – To close, Brazilian percussion maestro Jansen Santana join the stage with genre-defying guitarist Kourosh Kanani for a powerful Roots & Rhythms feature, blending Brazilian beats, electronic textures, and UK underground influences. Followed by an immersive DJ Neo-Funk with live instruments to finish the evening!
