About Imagine Dragons
Biography
Imagine Dragons is an American rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada. The band consists of lead vocalist Dan Reynolds, lead guitarist Wayne Sermon, bassist Ben McKee, and drummer Daniel Platzman. The band first gained exposure in 2012 with the release of their single “It’s Time”, followed by their award-winning debut studio album Night Visions (2012). The album reached number two on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
Musical Career
The band released their second studio album Smoke + Mirrors in 2015, which reached number one in the US, Canada, and the UK. The band's third studio album Evolve (2017) was a commercial success, reaching the top 10 in several countries and spawning the successful singles “Believer”, “Thunder”, and “Whatever It Takes”. The band released their fourth studio album Origins in 2018, which reached number four in the US and spawned the singles “Natural” and “Bad Liar”.
