Biography

Zaoui is an Algerian-born French singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He was born in 1975 in Algiers, Algeria and moved to France in the early 90s. He has released four studio albums to date, as well as a number of singles and collaborations. He has been active in the music industry since the early 2000s and has been praised for his unique blend of traditional Algerian music and modern electronic sounds.

Musical Career

Zaoui began his musical career in the early 2000s, releasing his debut album, “Rai’n’B” in 2002. The album was a mix of traditional Algerian music and modern electronic sounds, and was praised for its originality. He followed this up with the release of his second album, “Maghreb Soul” in 2004, which was even more successful and helped to establish Zaoui as a major artist in the French music scene. He has since released two more albums, “Tribal Groove” in 2007 and “Boum Boum” in 2010, as well as a number of singles and collaborations.
